We had the most wonderful experience with the Grind and Shine crew, Rob and Will worked did 2 driveways for us, grinding back and sealing our concrete and then did an epoxy/flake floor in our garage. Paul and his team at Grind & Shine were fantastic to deal with from start to finish.

We had multiple issues with other trades that needed to be sorted out during the job, and Paul and his team were extremely accommodating and worked around us to make the process as smooth as possible.

I would highly recommend Grind & Shine. Not only were they very competitive on price, but their service, communication and quality of workmanship were second to none.

We choose Grind and Shine because we wanted to go with a company with a good reputation with a proven track record and it was the right choice. It was a great experience from start to end.  From the first phone call to the final coat of seal to our driveway Paul and his team were professional and did an outstanding job. It was a tough and difficult job where we had companies in the pass claim they could do the job with their method but were not successfull. Even when challenges came up the team kept persisting and found a way to get the job done to our satisfaction. A big thank you to Rob who went over and above. We appreciate this as many compaines would have found excuses, not Grind and Shine. They completed the job. Thank you very much for your hard work and an excellent job. Mechanically Polished Concrete (Indoor)

When work began, there were many technical difficulties to overcome, because the slab was so old, hard and had long cracks. But Tom and Rob worked tirelessly over the week, with heavy-duty precision and expertise accumulated over many years in the industry. They took painstaking care to ensure crisp edges and a consistent finish. These gentlemen can be commended on their respectfulness, cheerfulness and positive teamwork, too.

Paul also impressed with his professionalism and accommodation for our changing schedules. He offered the most competitive quote and was easy to work with. Highly recommend Grind and Shine.

I chose MPC because of sustainability and practicality. It turned out beautiful, too. ("You have a bit of the river in your apartment", said Tom. I couldn't be happier with the result. A huge thank you to Will, who completed the entire grind and polish process and went above and beyond from start to finish.

My slab was far from straightforward, but Will's attention to detail, commitment to achieving the right finish, and willingness to adapt along the way were outstanding. He took the time to explain every step of the process, communicated brilliantly throughout, and genuinely cared about delivering the best possible outcome.

What really stood out was how considerate Will was of the fact that I was living in the home throughout the project, with a young son in the mix as well. He carefully planned each stage to minimise disruption to our routine, kept me informed about what was coming next, and made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly smooth and low-impact.

The polished concrete has completely transformed the house, making it feel modern, bright and full of life.
